W.D.Gann’s studies have give a fundamental scientific contribution in determining and deriving future market cycles through the vector decomposition of Price and Time. The fundamental forces of nature can be represented by a vector quantities system, in which the different directions are added according to the law of polygon or parallelogram and the final resultant is equivalent to the force system. Similarly financial markets can be decomposed into movements dictated by Price/Time with similar Mathematical-Geometric Mechanics in order to derive future cycles and stock trends to successfully perform trading activities.
