Gann’s cycles. Frankfurt Stock Exchange Weekly Forecasts Weekly DAX Index The price dynamics of the DAX Index have been highly volatile over the past year. In fact, in the short term, there have been strong upward surges that have driven German market prices higher for up to 9 consecutive weeks without breaking below the previous low, yielding weekly returns of 2X1 or 3X1. Subsequently, within a few weeks of this bullish move, a strong corrective move sets in, bringing prices back to price-to-time ratios of 1:4 or 1:8. Compare the period from August 9, 2024, to April 11, 2025, or from April 11, 2025, to June 6, 2025, or from January 16, 2026, to March 27 of this year. The last two market signals in the German market coincided with the week of August 28, involving Low Squares: the setups hit a relative high, followed by a three-week correction. Prices have returned to the ascending 1X4 angle, as shown in the image with purple vectors. A new time-based signal is emerging in the week of September 25: a breach of 25,830 will indicate the Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s attempt to reestablish a new uptrend; resistance lies around 27,340. However, the weekly signal is embedded in a weak technical picture, as the medium-term trend is currently in a negative sideways pattern. Additional support levels are located around 24,650 and 24,400 points. DAX Index: Monthly Performance Monthly DAX Index This year’s two Minimum Squares—January 2026 and March 2026—generated conflicting forces. In particular, the March signal negated the lows of the entire accumulation zone from July 25 to December 2025, pushing DAX prices down to the 1X2 angular support level at 21,860. In May, however, the Frankfurt Index broke above last March’s high, reestablishing a new medium-term uptrend. September and October coincide with new monthly setups and will need to confirm the emerging upward trend. If prices rise above 26,250 points, the DAX will confirm the uptrend, with an initial target of 28,340 points. Conversely, a break below September’s low in October will signal a new setback, with initial resistance around 23,760. Quarterly Technical Analysis of the DAX Stock Market Quarterly DAX Index The long-term trend is bullish. The first resistance levels are around 27,800. Only a drop below 21,800 will trigger a new bearish sideways trend.
