Terms and Conditions Terms and Conditions Last updated: 6 October 2026 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website forexgann.com and the purchase of the subscription services offered on it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. 1. Who we are This website and the services described below are operated by WORLDWIDE CORP LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10387356, with its registered office at Athene House, Suite Q, 86 The Broadway, London NW7 3TD, United Kingdom. Contact: info@forexgann.com In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the company above; “you” refers to the person placing an order or using the service. 2. What the service is Gann Market Report is an educational and informational service. It consists of Video Reports in which financial markets — currently S&P 500, Gold, Crude Oil, EUR/USD and Bitcoin — are analysed using the methods developed by W. D. Gann, including time cycles, geometric angles and price levels. Reports are published periodically through the month and are made available in a reserved area of this website, accessible with a personal account. The service does not constitute investment advice. See section 10. 3. Free trial We offer a 15-day free trial of the full service. The trial requires a name and an email address. No payment details are requested and no payment is taken. Access begins when you set your password through the link we send by email, and lasts 15 days from the date of your trial order. One free trial per person. We may refuse or cancel a trial where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a person is requesting more than one, including through different email addresses. At the end of the 15 days, access closes automatically. Nothing is charged and no subscription starts unless you choose to subscribe. 4. Subscription, price and duration The subscription gives access to the Video Reports on all markets covered by the service for 30 days from the date of your order. The price is shown on the product page at the time of purchase and includes any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. Your payment details are not stored for future charges by us. When the 30 days end, access closes unless you place a new order. We may send you a reminder by email before your access ends. Receiving a reminder does not create any obligation to renew. We may change the price of future subscriptions. Any change applies only to orders placed after the change and never to a subscription already paid for. 5. Payment Payments are processed by Revolut as our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Accepted methods are shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised. If payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or close your access. 6. Your account and access Access to the reserved area is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. You may not share your account, your password, or the content of the reserved area with any other person, nor publish, redistribute, resell or make available the Video Reports or any part of them. We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where we have reasonable grounds to believe these rules have been breached. 7. Right of withdrawal and refunds If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the date of your order to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason. To withdraw, simply write to info@forexgann.com from the email address linked to your account. We will refund the amount you paid, using the same payment method, within 14 days of being informed. We offer a 15-day free trial precisely so that you can assess the service in full before paying anything. Once the 14-day period has passed, subscriptions are non-refundable. We will, however, consider a refund outside that period where the service has not been delivered as described, or where a technical fault attributable to us has prevented access for a significant part of the subscription period. 8. Availability We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or for reasons outside our control. Where a fault attributable to us prevents access for a significant part of your subscription period, we will extend your access or offer a proportionate refund. Publication of reports follows our editorial schedule. The number and timing of reports in a given month may vary. 9. Intellectual property All content made available through the service — videos, text, charts, analyses, graphics and the methods as presented — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the content for the duration of your subscription, for your own use only. No other right is granted. 10. No investment advice and risk warning This is important. Please read it carefully. The service is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation, an offer, or an invitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. The content is general in nature. It is prepared for a plurality of recipients and does not take account of your personal circumstances, financial situation, objectives, experience or risk tolerance. We are not authorised or regulated to provide investment advice or portfolio management services, and we do not provide them. We do not respond to individual requests for guidance on your own trading or investment decisions. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Limitation of liability Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for any trading, investment or financial loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, the content of the service; our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription period in which the event giving rise to the liability occurred. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. 12. Personal data We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where we send you emails relating to your order or your access, these are service communications necessary to provide the service. Marketing emails are sent only where you have given your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time through the unsubscribe link in each message. 13. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update. 14. Governing law and jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country. 15.
